Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the first respondent school relating to the impugned notice dated 18.01.2018 regarding the proposed closure of the first respondent school from 31.03.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to run the first respondent school continuously by restraining the second respondent from interfering in the running of the school by the first respondent continuously.
