When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1to 3 produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Dindigul (West), in Na.Ka.No.200/2020/A5, dated 05.01.2021, addressed to the Corporation Commissioner, Dindigul Corporation stating that the 4th respondent is a recognised street vendor and in case any proceedings to be initiated as against him, it has to be done only by the Corporation not either by the 2nd respondent or 3rd respondent particularly.
