This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to reconsider the order passed in G.O(2D)No.39, Environment and Forest (FR-1) Department, dated 06.11.2017, on the basis of the petitioner's Review application dated 09.11.2019, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a review application dated 09.11.2019 to reconsider the order passed in G.O(2D)No.39, Environment and Forest (FR-1) Department, dated 06.11.2017. But, the said review application is pending for the past one year. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. 4.Mr.R.Murugaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the review application dated 09.11.2019 filed by the petitioner, will be considered within a period of eight weeks time.
5. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's review application, dated 09.11.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
