This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to measure the property in an extent of 2 cents in survey No. 72/3 out of 0.81 ares in S.No.72/2 Aanaiyur 1st bit, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation.
3. The petitioner submitted an application on 28.02.2023 to the respondents for measuring the property along with necessary fee. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that already survey was already conducted and proceedings are yet to be served on the petitioner.
5. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not aware of the proceedings.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to serve the proceedings on the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
