O R D E R
The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the Petitioner's property comprised in S.No.478/3A2, Patta NO.9412, to an extent of 0.29.65 ares situated at Singampunari South Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 1.7.2025.
2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property on 30.04.2025 and patta for the property issued in his name in Patta No.9412. He submitted an online application on 1.7.2025 in Application No.2025/-123/23/009612 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be disposed of in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner, dated 1.7.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
