ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and to expeditiously dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the third respondent dated 04.10.2021.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
