ORDER
Mr.R.Rajamohan, counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, Additional Government Pleader for the sole respondent are before this Court.
2. Prayer in the instant writ petition is seeking to Mandamus the respondents regarding an application for legal heir certificate.
3. It is submitted by learned State counsel that legal heir certificate has since been issued to the writ petitioner and a copy of the same has also been handed over to the counsel for writ petitioner in the Court today.
4. In the light of the aforesaid narrative, nothing survives in the instant writ petition. Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
