ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition has been posted on 03.10.2024 (Thursday, the Third day of October Twon Thousand and Twenty Four) under the "caption for beign mentioned". In pursuance to the order of this court dated 09.092024 and made herein the presence of the Mr.H.Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Anbunithi, Additional Prosecutor for 1st Respondent & 2nd Respondent and Mr.D.Senthil for 3rd Respondent to 6th Respondent, this Court made the following order:

"This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already there is an interim order in CMP(MD)No.9736 of 2022 and therefore, the same should be specifically mentioned in the order.

3. In paragraph No.4, it is already mentioned that depending on the any interim order of the Court, the parties will be at liberty to approach the respondent police. Therefore, if the petitioner has got an order in the above said application, then as per the order, he will be at liberty to approach the respondent police also. 2/4
