This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 24.08.2020 and to direct the respondents to re-assign the patta in favour of the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that joint patta has been issued through proceedings of Revenue Divisional Officer, Paramakudi, dated 11.06.2021.
