The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite the disposal of the petitioner's petition in No. 288 dated 09.03.2026, which is pending before the second respondent, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu/respondents 1 and 2.

3.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second to consider the petitioner's petition in No.288 dated 09.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
