ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by him dated 25.06.2022 seeking compensation for the injuries sustained by the petitioner while doing working under the fourth respondent.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he was working under the fourth respondent to maintain the street light. In order to maintain the street light, he climbed into the street light and fell down. Due to which, he sustained grievous injuries. Therefore, the petitioner now submitted a representation seeking compensation. 3.On written instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner was never engaged by the fourth respondent for any work. That apart, no resolution was passed to engage the petitioner for any work by the respondents 4 and 5. Further, the petitioner also failed to prove that he was working under the fourth respondent during the accident. 2/4

4.In view of the above, this Court finds no merits in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
