This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner in the hands of the fourth respondent, who is none other than the petitioner's son.

2. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 05.08.2019 which is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to forward the complaint to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.19285 of 2019 concerned jurisdictional police station and the concerned Station Officer is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the fourth respondent herein and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.15709 of 2019 is closed.
