ORDER

The petitioner is aged about 73 years old. He has lodged a complaint that he has been prevented from entering into his lad and he has been intimidated. He has filed this petition with a grievance that the respondent police have not taken action on his complaint. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits the complaint of this petitioner was forwarded to the District Crime Branch -II, Trichy on 09.05.2025 and the District Crime Branch is conducting enquiry. 3.Considering this submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the District Crime Branch -II, Trichy and the District Crime Branch-II, Trichy shall find out whether the complaint of the petitioner discloses any cognizable offence and if so register a case and proceed further and if not, take a decision in accordance with law.
