No. 2 of 2019 in O.S. No. 173 of 2019, dismissing the said I.A.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated, 14.06.2023 1/3

and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge of Kuzhithurai (FAC) vide the letter in D.No.374/2023-BC., dated 21.08.2023,this Court made the following order:

"By an order dated 14.06.2023, this Court directed the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai to dispose I.A.No.2 of 2019 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now, the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai vide his letter dated 21.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.374/2023-BC, has asked for extension of 2 months time to dispose I.A. In the said letter, the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai has given explanation for non-disposal of the I.A.

3. Being satisfied with the explanation given by the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai in the letter dated 21.08.2023, the time for disposal of the I.A is extended by another 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "
