ORDER

The petitioner is a Senior Citizen. With a grievance that her daughter-in-law, the third respondent herein, is not maintaining her, she has filed an application, before the second respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchirappalli, to cancel the gift deed dated 18.02.2015 executed by her in favour of her elder son Senthilkumar and the gift deed dated 04.03.2015 executed by her elder son to the third respondent, in SCA No.212/2022. However, the said application is still pending without any consideration. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to complete the proceedings in SCA No.212/2022.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that enquiry has been completed and further orders would be passed within 2/4

a reasonable time.

3. Considering the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the proceedings in SCA No.212/2022 and pass necessary orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
