Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- To grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of her arrest in non-bailable warrant issued on 29.07.2024 as against her in C.C.No.44 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kumbakonam. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is an accused in C.C.No.44 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kumbakonam, has filed this application seeking 1/3

anticipatory bail. The said case was registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 506(ii) of BNS in Crime No.164 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.44 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kumbakonam. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 29.07.2024.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.It is seen that the petitioner is facing a case in C.C.No.44 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kumbakonam and on account of her non appearance, Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued. That being the position, the petitioner has to file an application for recalling the warrant and the present petition is therefore closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a recall petition before the concerned Court.
