O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.545 of 2019 on the file of the Thenkarai Police Station, Periyakulam, Theni District.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.545 of 2019 is almost completed. However, he prayed for further time of two months for filing the final report before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Court directs the Inspector of Police, Thenkarai Police Station, Periyakulam, Theni District to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order / uploading of the order.
