This petition has been filed to modify the condition 'b' in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11463 of 2023, dated 26.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per condition (b), the petitioner was directed to take demand draft for Rs.1,50,000/- in favour of the defacto complainant and to hand over the same directly to him. But, the whereabouts of the defacto complainant is not known to the petitioners. Therefore, he seeks modification to the effect that the above said amount may be directed to transfer to the defacto complainant's bank account through NEFT/RTGS. 3.On that ground, the condition (b) is hereby modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall transfer the above said amount to the defacto complainant's bank account through NEFT/RTGS fund transfer mode and this petition is allowed. sd/- 27/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
