ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the petitioner's son namely, Arunbabu, has arrayed as accused in Crime No.15 of 2019, he is still absconding, for the purpose of securing the accused, the respondent police went to the house of the petitioner.

3.It is seen that a case has been registered as against the son of the petitioner/Arunbabu for the offence under Sections 409 and 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No.15 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police and the petitioner is no way connected with the offence committed by her son.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12500 of 2019 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
