This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. The petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11463 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11463 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
