Heard Mr.C.R.Ponnuthai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the respondents have given water connection to the petitioner's house in Connection No.1526, dated 14.08.2020. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
