ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of I.P.C. r/w 34 of IPC, in Crime No. 103 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.06.2023 while the defacto complainant along with her son and daughter-in-law worshipping the God, her 5 sovereigns of gold jewel has been stolen by some unknown persons. Hence, the complaint.

3.The earlier applications filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in this case have been dismissed on the ground that serious allegation has been made against the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the properties have been recovered from the first accused. 4.Now the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far no recovery has been made.

5.I find absolutely no change of circumstances.
