O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Vaigasi Temple Festival ceremonies, Poojas in Arulmighu Adhangudi Sri Aathinamilagi Ayyanar Temple Festival from 31.05.2016 to 07.06.2016 in the petitioner's village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 02.05.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that two groups have sought for permission. He has also submitted that both the groups can appear before the second respondent to seek appropriate time.

3. Considering the same, a direction is issued to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent at the earliest and seek appropriate time. As and when the petitioner approaches, the second respondent shall allot a specific time for the petitioner to conduct the programme. It is well open to the second respondent to call the other group for fixing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

time for the conduct of programme sought for by it. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
