Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to return of vehicle Model of Ashok Leyland Tipper Lorry make bearing registered No.TN 45 BA 8264 seized and under the custody of the 4th respondent dated 14.05.2020 to the petitioner subject to the condition to be imposed by this Court within a reasonable time frame.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is having one previous case of the same nature. Therefore, the respondents are directed to produce the petition mentioned vehicle before the Court below immediately and without any delay. It is open to the petitioner to move the Court below for release of the vehicle.
