PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent herein not to make any encumbrance on the properties scheduled in O.S.No. 20/2020 pending on the file of I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, including other properties standing in the name of the petitioner in the light of proceedings passed by first respondent herein vide No.2006/Aa/2024, dated 20.06.2024 on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before the respondents 1 to 4, dated 18.06.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent herein not to make any encumbrance on the properties scheduled in O.S.No.20/2020 pending on the file of I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, including other properties standing in the name

of the petitioner in the light of proceedings passed by first respondent herein vide No.2006/Aa/2024, dated 20.06.2024 on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before the respondents 1 to 4, dated 18.06.2024.

2. When the Court is about to dismiss the writ petition, learned counsel seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

3. The petitioner is trying to achieve what he could not achieve before the Civil Court. In fact, he wants interim injunction against the authorities not to entertain any document.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs. 06.08.2024 NCC :
