Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to take immediate action as as to stop the third respondent from operating her Mini Buses bearing its registration Nos.TN 67 A 4141 and TN 38 L 8778 on the route allocated to the petitioner i.e., from Dindigul Gudaganaru Illam to Pannaipatti Palam by the second respondent vide his permit Nos:23/MB/DGL / 2011 and 28/MB/DGL / 2010 signed on 14.09.2014 and 12.09.2014, respectively and further direct them to ensure that the third respondent plies her Minis Buses strictly on the route specifically allocated to her by the second respondent on the basis of petitioner's representations dated 04.01.2016 and 05.01.2016.
