This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.93 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that the investigation has already been completed, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.605 of 2023. He further submits that the case is now transferred from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkovil and the same pending in CC No.187 of 2024.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty 2/4
