O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.1099 of 2019.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent. He would submit that the investigation in Crime No.1099 of 2019 is almost completed. However, he prayed for further time of three months for filing the final report before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Court directs the Inspector of Police, Karimedu Police Station, Madurai District to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of uploading of the order.

4. With the above observations, this petition is disposed of.
