ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to ensure a healthy environment by providing sewage drainage facilities and laying a road from Maduraipuri Village to Sevalkulam Village Road in Nilaviyal pathway situated in Survey Nos.1148/3C and 1148/3E at Sevalkulam Revenue Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District, by acquiring necessary private land for the same proposed project, based on the petitioner's representations dated 19.05.2023 and 04.09.2024. 2.The relief, as such sought for, cannot be considered since an administrative decision is to be taken by framing policy and to implement the same. That apart, policies involving financial constraints cannot be directed by the Courts in the absence of any strong supporting material available on record.

3.In the present case, the petitioner seeks the provision of a sewage drainage facility, which is a scheme to be implemented by the local authority.
4.In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the local authority for the implementation of such nature of a welfare scheme, for the benefit of the public residing in that locality. 5.With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
