ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 387 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.524 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and there is no cognizable offence made out as against the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the FIR was registered in Crime No.524 of 2021 against some accused persons and the petitioner's name is not found in the FIR and the property also recovered. He further submitted that the investigation is going on.

4. Since the offence under Section 384 of IPC is a serious offence and property also recovered, eventhough the petitioner's name is not found place in the FIR, he can be identified only after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

completion of investigation. Hence, at this juncture, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
