ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order passed by the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No.3013/1434/C3, dated 22.05.2025 and seek to quash the impugned condition and direct the authorities to issue a revised tender notification that ensures a fair and level playing field for all eligible vendors.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, liberty may be given to challenge the restrictive clause that may be imposed on the petitioner in future.
