This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2016 granting permission to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kanturi festival of the Hazarath Khadir Ibrahim Aulia Alim Dargah, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District, which is scheduled to be commenced on 06.06.2016 & 21.06.2016 and thereby directing the 3rd respondent to provide adequate protection on the festival.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

3.For conducting of Kanturi Festival, on and from 06.06.2016, the petitioner made a representation dated 13.05.2016 to the 1st respondent and the same is pending.

4. In view of the above, without going to the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
