ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petition mentioned vehicle was seized for illegal transportation of PDS rice. The respondents have issued show cause notice for confiscation. It appears that the period set out in the fitness certificate issued for the vehicle had already expired. Therefore, the petitioner wants it for the purpose of renewal. 3.The petitioner gives an undertaking that within one month, he will complete all the formalities and resubmit to the first respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.19498 of 2020 4.Recording the said undertaking given by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to return the petition mentioned original certificate to the petitioner. The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
