ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to expeditiously conclude / dispose the enquiry proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No. 406/2014/A1 dated 02.01.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to conclude the enquiry pending against the petitioner, as per the procedure contemplated under the applicable Act and Rules, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits.
