ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to sanction and disburse the agricultural crop insurance for the crop destroyed due to the draught cultivated by the petitioner under Pradhan Manthri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) during 2015-2016, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have paid the necessary crop insurance compensation amount for the crop destroyed due to the draught cultivated by the petitioner under Pradhan Manthri Fasal Bima Yojana scheme for the year 2015-2016 to the petitioner.
