ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner appears to be a borrower under OCC Traders Scheme and had borrowed a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- for his trading purpose. Since there has been a default in payment, the respondents had proposed to initiate the proceedings under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002.

3. The petitioner appears to have given an application for One Time Settlement, however, he has not come forward and therefore, the application has been closed.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner sent another representations, dated 21.06.2025 and 25.06.2025. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the aforesaid One Time Settlement application of the petitioner, strictly, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the RBI or Head Quarters, as the case may be, within a period of four

(4) Weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
