Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order of appointment of the 4th respondent as Anaganwadi Assistant vide his proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No. 1300/A1/2012 dated 29.12.2013 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitinooner s case for appointment to the post of Anganwadi Assistant within the time limit that may be stipulated by this HOnourable Court.
