PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the 1st Respondent in No.MK/HRM/DE/1474/2013/3371 dated 20.05.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner concurs with the stand of the respondents that this writ petition is not maintainable. He seeks liberty to go before the authorities under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, firstly, by way of conciliation before the concerned authority.
