PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned staff fixation settled by the 3rd respondent CEO in Mu.Mu.No.9245/A1/2022 dated 11.01.2023 and the re-fixation by him in Mu.Mu.No.9245/A4/2022 dated 13.02.2023 in so far as it excludes counting the entire students in English Medium and thereby renders 4 Secondary Grade Teachers, 2 BT Assistants and a Junior Assistant as surplus and the consequential impugned deputation proceeding in Na.Ka.No.000835/A4/2023 dated 00.05.2023, deputing Tmt.Jude Joe Ezhilarasi (Secondary Grade Teacher) to Government Hr.Sec. School, Sundapattrivilai, quash the same.

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Correspondent of an aided school, challenging the order of redeployment of the secondary grade teacher namely Tmt.Jude Joe Ezhilarasi from the said school to a different school. 2.According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents Education authorities, by way of proceedings dated 17.04.2024, the order of redeployment has been cancelled and Tmt.Jude Joe Ezhilarasi has been retained in the parent school.
