RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit to surrender and produce the sureties before Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram for a period of two weeks in Crl.O.P.No.11106/2020 dated 05/11/2020 in connection with cr.no.1/2018 on the file of the respondent. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11106 of 2020, dated 05.11.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
