O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to pass orders in the proceedings initiated by him in Collr/10236/2024-K1, dated 7.1.2025.

2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is seen from the affidavit as well as the typed set of papers that the Petitioner submitted an application seeking correction in UDR records in S.NO.960/26 situated at Kadayalurutti, Serndhamangalam Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District. Based on the said application, the first respondent issued enquiry notice in the proceedings number as mentioned above on 21.11.2023. There is no progress in the enquiry 2/5

proceedings. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the proceedings initiated by the first respondent will be disposed of in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to complete the proceedings initiated by him in Collr/10236/2024-K1, dated 7.1.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
