ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL OP(MD) NO. 3495 of 2026, dated 19.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m.,for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
