ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Mega Saraswathi, aged 23 years, went missing from 28.07.2022 and that police are not taking effective steps to secure her.

2. Today, Mega Saraswathi was produced before us by the respondent police. When we enquired her, she stated that her date of birth is 14.04.2000 and got married to one Kavinarasu on 31.07.2022. In such view of the matter, it cannot be stated that the detenue is in the illegal custody of anyone for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus. Hence, this petition is closed. (P.N.P.,J.)
