This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant ordinary leave without escort to the petitioner's husband namely Rafiyudheen, S/o.Sulthan, CIP No.8759 for the period of 30 days, who is languishing at Puzhal Central Prison, Chennai, by considering the representation dated 03.06.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit
that the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.06.2025 has been considered and the same has been rejected by the Superintendent of Prison, Chennai, vide order dated 22.07.2025.
