Side) appearing for the respondent.

The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324, 326(A) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.253 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.It is a acid attack. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the victim has lost a vision of one of his eyes and that he is now undergoing treatment in Arvind Eye Hospital, Madurai. The petitioner has been named in person by the victim himself.
