O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was enquired and during the course of enquiry, it revealed that it is a money dispute between the parties. The matter was earlier referred to Mediation. Now it has been stated that the enquiry was closed by advising the parties to approach the competent civil Court for relief.
