This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned award, dated 28.06.2017 made in I.D.No.25/16 by the first respondent and consequently, to direct the respondents 2 to 5, to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits, award cost.
2. Since the respondent management agreed to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- as compensation to the petitioner, the petitioner agrees to 2/4
withdraw the writ petition. The petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner have also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
