The Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to grant 10 days Parole leave from 01.06.2016 to 10.06.2016 to the petitioner's father namely as Muthumani son of Ramachandran (L.C.P.No.4612), who has been detained in Central Prison, Madurai for attending the petitioner's (son) marriage, which is scheduled to be held on 06.06.2016 at 09.00 a.m., to 10.30 a.m., at Annai Sagayee Theatre(Mahal) Kamurthi, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader represents that the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 17.05.2016 is under consideration and already report from the concerned Officer is sought for by the Jail Superintendent.

4. Taking into consideration the facts of the present case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits on or before 04.06.2016.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
