PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondents to give proper protection to the petitioners for their life and liberty on the basis of the representation dated 01.09.2019. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Suresh KUmar For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 and 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to give proper protection to the petitioners for their life and liberty on the basis of the representation dated 01.09.2019

2. It is seen that both the petitioners fell in love and they eloped and got married. The brother of the second petitioner lodged a complaint and both the petitioners were secured and the said complaint is still pending. In the meanwhile they got married before the temple and marriage is yet to be registered. At this juncture the third respondent threatened the petitioners with dire consequences since the petitioners belongs to different community.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case if the situation arises and if there is complaint lodged by the petitioners the second respondent si directed to consider the same and provide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ adequate police protection to the petitioners. However the

petitioners are also directed to co-operate with the investigation on the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

4. With the above direction the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
