For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and there is no cognizable offence made out as against the petitioners.
